Remote Data Entry Operator – Full‑Time

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Remote Data Entry Operator to join our team on a full‑time basis. The role involves verifying and entering information from source documents while adhering to established procedures and ISO standards.

Key responsibilities

• Verify data from source documents according to established procedures and rules.
• Check entered data for typographical errors, missing or duplicated information, and correct composition codes.
• Assemble files in the prescribed sequence, ensuring all required text, CWU and drawing information is included.
• Complete weekly timesheets and follow standard ISO‑based procedures.
• Perform additional job‑related duties as required and work with clearly defined procedures.

Required profile

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Willingness to complete up to three weeks of full‑time remote training.
• Commitment to a minimum of 40 productive hours per week at home.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet scheduled deadlines.
• U.S. citizenship and high‑speed internet capability.
• Ability to pass pre‑employment assessments and meet department quality metrics.
