Remote Data Entry Operator – Full‑time

About the role

This full‑time, work‑from‑home position involves entering and verifying data from source documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with established guidelines. The role supports LexisNexis Legal & Professional’s data processing operations and offers a structured training program.

Key responsibilities

• Verify data against source documents, correcting typographical errors, missing or duplicated information.
• Apply composition codes, style rules, and ISO‑based procedures while assembling files.
• Search applications, gather required text, CWU, and drawing information in the prescribed sequence.
• Complete weekly timesheets and adhere to productivity and quality metrics.
• Perform additional job‑related duties as assigned.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• U.S. citizenship.
• Commitment to up to three weeks of full‑time remote training and a minimum of 40 productive hours per week.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• High‑speed internet access.
