About the role
Evolution Sports Group is looking for a highly organized, detail‑oriented Data Entry Clerk/Virtual Assistant to support our remote operations. This full‑time position allows you to work from home while ensuring the smooth flow of information across the company.
Key responsibilities
- Enter and maintain accurate data in company databases and systems.
- Organize, file, and manage both electronic and physical documents.
- Respond promptly to email and phone inquiries with professional support.
- Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and appointment coordination.
- Conduct research and compile information for various projects.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
- Support administrative tasks such as data verification, record keeping, and correspondence.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1‑2 years of experience in data entry or administrative support.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
