About the role

CodeVertex Innovations is seeking a Remote Data Entry Clerk to ensure the accuracy and reliability of internal information. The role supports structured remote operations by maintaining records, updating documentation, and safeguarding data confidentiality.

Key responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain accurate records across internal systems, spreadsheets, and workflow tools.
• Review submitted information for completeness, correct formatting, duplicate entries, and basic consistency.
• Organize digital files and maintain documentation according to internal process standards.
• Communicate task status, missing information, and exceptions clearly with team leads.
• Protect customer, applicant, business, and operational information with strict confidentiality.

• Ability to work remotely with ownership and follow‑through.
• Comfortable working in a structured company environment.
• Experience managing documentation, records, systems, or operational tasks accurately.
