Remote Data Entry Clerk – Full‑Time

About the role

CodeVertex Operations is seeking a remote Data Entry Clerk to join its growing operations team. This fully remote position allows you to work from anywhere in the United States while entering and maintaining customer and operational data across internal systems.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately enter customer, account, and operational data into company databases and internal management systems.
• Review submitted information for completeness, correct formatting, and accuracy, flagging any discrepancies for supervisor review.
• Maintain well‑organized digital records across multiple client accounts and internal databases.
• Meet daily data entry accuracy and productivity targets set by team management.
• Communicate task updates, questions, and completion status to team leads via email and messaging platforms.
• Handle all data, account records, and customer information with strict confidentiality at all times.
• Assist with document formatting, file management, and general administrative support tasks as needed.
• Participate in brief team check‑ins and training sessions to stay current on processes and system updates.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED.
• Typing speed of at least 40 WPM with high accuracy preferred.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction‑free home workspace.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy across high‑volume data tasks.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
• Must pass a pre‑employment background check.
• No prior experience required – full paid training is provided from day one.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Compensation range of $35,000 – $45,000 per year, based on experience and location.
