Remote Data Entry Clerk – Full‑Time

About the role

CodeVertex System is looking for a detail‑oriented Data Entry Clerk to join its operations team from a home office. This 100% remote position supports the company’s growing client base by entering and maintaining accurate customer and account records across internal systems.

Key responsibilities

• Enter customer, account and operational data into company databases and management platforms with high accuracy.
• Review submitted information for completeness, correct formatting, and flag discrepancies for supervisor review.
• Maintain organized digital records for multiple client accounts.
• Meet daily accuracy and productivity targets set by team management.
• Communicate task updates, questions and completion status via email and messaging tools.
• Handle all data and customer information with strict confidentiality.
• Assist with document formatting, file management and general administrative support as needed.
• Participate in brief team check‑ins and training sessions to stay current on processes.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED.
• Typing speed of at least 40 WPM with high accuracy.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction‑free home workspace.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high‑volume data tasks.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently without supervision.
• Pass a pre‑employment background check.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
