About the role

CodeVertex Careers is seeking a Remote Data Entry Clerk to join its growing operations team. This fully remote position allows you to work from anywhere in the United States while supporting customer record management and internal data processes.

Key responsibilities

• Enter customer, account, and operational data accurately into company databases and internal management systems.
• Review submitted information for completeness, correct formatting, and flag discrepancies for supervisor review.
• Maintain organized digital records across multiple client accounts and internal databases.
• Meet daily accuracy and productivity targets set by team management.
• Communicate task updates, questions, and completion status via email and messaging platforms.
• Handle all data, account records, and customer information with strict confidentiality.
• Assist with document formatting, file management, and general administrative support as needed.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED.
• Typing speed of at least 40 WPM with high accuracy.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction‑free home workspace.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy on high‑volume tasks.
• Self‑motivated, able to manage time independently without supervision.
• Pass a pre‑employment background check and be authorized to work in the United States.
