About the role
Thanks to word‑of‑mouth referrals, our business is expanding and we need qualified technicians to perform attic cleaning, crawl‑space cleaning and rodent removal projects throughout the Greater Bay Area. You will work with a team, using provided PPE to ensure health and safety while completing each job.
Key responsibilities
- Remove insulation, rodent droppings, rodents, and nests safely using provided PPE.
- Clean, sanitize, repair, build, and reinsulate spaces according to project specifications.
- Document work by taking before‑and‑after photos or videos for client review.
Required profile
- Qualified technician comfortable working in tight, confined spaces.
- Ability to follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment.
- Willingness to collaborate with a team and communicate project progress.
