We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Remote Cruise & Resort Booking Agents. In this position you will help travelers plan and book their dream vacations, using premium tools and exclusive rates provided by our host agency.

Key responsibilities

• Book cruises, resorts, and travel packages for clients.
• Recommend itineraries based on client preferences, seasonal offers, and promotions.
• Use supplier portals to secure promotions, perks, and special rates.
• Handle changes, questions, and cancellations with professionalism.
• Maintain accurate, real‑time records of bookings and client interactions.
• Participate in supplier webinars and live travel trainings.

Required profile

• Must be 18+ and a U.S. resident.
• Friendly, professional communicator with a passion for travel.
• Comfortable learning new booking tools and supplier systems.
• No prior experience required; full training will be provided.
