Remote Coordinator – Initial Lender & Title Delivery

About the role

We are looking for a self‑motivated, detail‑oriented professional to join our Initial Lender Request team on a fully remote basis. The role supports internal operations by ensuring loan information is accurately entered, preparing title documents, and delivering them to lender contacts while working West Coast hours (8:30 am – 5:30 pm PCT).

Key responsibilities

• Review, input, and update loan details such as mortgage clauses, loan amounts, numbers, and lender contacts.
• Add and maintain lender contact information within the loan file.
• Identify discrepancies and communicate findings or follow escalation guidelines.
• Update title commitments and prepare ALTA supplemental documents.
• Generate Preliminary Closing Disclosures and ALTA Settlement Statements.
• Prepare Closing Protection Letters.
• Ensure timely distribution of required documentation to lender contacts.

Required profile

• Previous experience in title, escrow, mortgage, or loan processing (strongly preferred).
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using data‑entry systems.
