Remote Contingent Workforce Staffing Consultant

About the role

Kelly is seeking a Remote Contingent Workforce Staffing Consultant to partner with hiring managers and deliver temporary and contract talent solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor, leveraging procurement technology and recruitment expertise to meet client workforce needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for a variety of positions, from sourcing to offer.
• Conduct consultative calls with hiring managers to define requirements and recommend sourcing strategies.
• Utilize procurement platforms to move requisitions through client internal processes and track progress.
• Provide detailed data and documentation to supply‑chain teams and participate in consultation conference calls.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, negotiate bill rates, and ensure alignment with market rates.
• Support financial processes including time‑card, expense management, invoicing, and corrections.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and maintain disciplined execution of client‑focused initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in contingent workforce management and recruitment.
• Familiarity with procurement technology tools and ability to master new platforms quickly.
• Strong client‑facing communication skills and consultative mindset.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize competing priorities, and maintain attention to detail.
