About the role

AdOutreach is seeking a remote Appointment Setter / Sales Development Representative to join its growing team. As a 1099 contractor you will be the first point of contact for prospects, helping to qualify leads and schedule appointments for our advisors.

Key responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospects sourced from inbound leads.
  • Qualify leads through discovery conversations.
  • Set qualified appointments for sales advisors.
  • Nurture prospects who are not ready to book immediately.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM and manage your own pipeline.
  • Participate in daily sales team meetings and trainings.

Required profile

  • Highly motivated, coachable and driven to succeed.
  • Strong communication skills and a professional phone presence.
  • Ability to work full‑time during US business hours from any location.
  • Access to a computer with webcam, microphone and reliable internet.

Required skills

  • Experience with outbound calling and lead qualification.
  • Proficiency using a CRM system to log calls and track pipeline.
