About the role
AdOutreach is seeking a remote Appointment Setter / Sales Development Representative to join its growing team. As a 1099 contractor you will be the first point of contact for prospects, helping to qualify leads and schedule appointments for our advisors.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospects sourced from inbound leads.
- Qualify leads through discovery conversations.
- Set qualified appointments for sales advisors.
- Nurture prospects who are not ready to book immediately.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and manage your own pipeline.
- Participate in daily sales team meetings and trainings.
Required profile
- Highly motivated, coachable and driven to succeed.
- Strong communication skills and a professional phone presence.
- Ability to work full‑time during US business hours from any location.
- Access to a computer with webcam, microphone and reliable internet.
Required skills
- Experience with outbound calling and lead qualification.
- Proficiency using a CRM system to log calls and track pipeline.
