Remote Appointment Setter – Medical Aesthetics

About the role

We are a fast‑growing marketing company that serves medical aesthetics professionals. As a Remote Appointment Setter you will be the first voice a potential patient hears after expressing interest, turning that interest into a booked appointment quickly, warmly, and consistently.

Key responsibilities

• Make 400+ outbound dials per day using a power‑dialer system.
• Contact new leads within 5 minutes of submission and follow up on older leads.
• Manage leads for up to three med‑spa or aesthetic clients simultaneously.
• Book 40+ qualified appointments per client each month and confirm them via text or call.
• Maintain accurate records in GoHighLevel (GHL) and track daily KPIs (dials, contacts, appointments booked).
• Work company‑generated leads only; no cold prospecting required.

Required profile

• Familiarity with the medical aesthetics industry or a strong interest in it.
• Comfort with high‑volume outreach and ability to stay consistent day after day.
• Reliability to work core hours (9 AM‑5 PM EST) and occasional weekend coverage.
• Excellent communication skills with a warm, helpful tone.
