About the role

We are looking for a Remote Appointment Setter to engage prospective customers, qualify their interest, and schedule meetings for our licensed representatives. This fully remote, full‑time position plays a vital part in our sales pipeline by ensuring qualified leads are booked efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound calls using our CRM and auto‑dialing platform.
• Introduce prospects to available services and assess their interest.
• Schedule appointments using internal calendar tools and confirm details.
• Record all interactions accurately in the CRM.
• Follow call scripts while adapting naturally to each conversation.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly appointment‑setting targets.
• Participate in virtual coaching, training sessions, and team meetings.
• Handle additional outreach and administrative tasks as required.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal English communication skills.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and a positive attitude.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Reliable computer, headset, smartphone, and high‑speed internet.
• Good organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, performance‑driven environment.
• Prior experience in appointment setting, outbound sales, telemarketing, or call‑center operations is a plus but not mandatory.
