About the role
Clark Energies is looking for disciplined, results‑driven Remote Appointment Setters to support the onboarding of new solar clients. You will work from home, leveraging company‑provided leads to schedule qualified appointments and help homeowners understand the benefits of renewable energy.
Key responsibilities
- Contact leads supplied by Clark Energies to arrange qualified phone appointments.
- Manage inbound calls, convert prospects, and verify appointment details.
- Maintain clear communication with consultants, clients, and internal teams.
- Collect client reviews, referrals, and ensure appointment accuracy.
- Provide introductory education on renewable energy to homeowners.
Required profile
- Minimum 7 years of direct sales, phone sales, or cold‑calling experience.
- Proven track record scheduling phone appointments.
- Previous remote work experience and a professional home office setup (laptop/desktop, noise‑cancelling headset).
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to long‑term career growth.
Required skills
- 100 % proficiency with RingCentral software.
