About the role

Turing is looking for a Remote AI Quality Analyst fluent in Portuguese to evaluate a new personalization feature for Gemini. You will test how the model leverages data from past Gemini conversations, Gmail, Google Search, and YouTube to deliver more relevant and helpful responses.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute multi‑turn prompts based on your personal experiences using your primary Google account.
• Assess model responses for grounding, integration, and helpfulness, comparing side‑by‑side outputs.
• Write clear, concise rationales that reference specific turn numbers and highlight subtle differences.
• Provide detailed annotations and constructive feedback to improve personalization quality.
• Collaborate with a global, 24‑hour operations team to ensure consistent evaluation standards.

Required profile

• High‑level proficiency in reading and writing Portuguese.
• Willingness to enable personal data sources on your own Google account.
• Full‑time availability in your local time zone.
• Strong analytical thinking and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent written communication and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
