About the role
We are seeking a full‑time Remote Administrative Coordinator to support our hospital and healthcare operations. In this position you will manage daily administrative tasks, facilitate communication across departments, and ensure smooth coordination while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Manage schedules, appointments and calendar coordination for multiple teams.
- Maintain accurate records, handle financial documentation and support basic bookkeeping.
- Organise and streamline operational tasks to improve efficiency.
- Provide administrative assistance to various departments and act as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries.
- Utilise remote collaboration tools to support virtual teamwork and information flow.
Required profile
- Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
- Experience in administrative assistance and organisational support.
- Basic knowledge of finance and record‑keeping.
- Excellent time‑management, multitasking and attention‑to‑detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; certifications or an associate’s degree in administration is a plus.
Required skills
- Microsoft Office suite.
- Remote collaboration tools (e.g., video‑conferencing, shared workspaces).
