Remodeling Service Manager

About the role

As a Remodeling Service Manager you will be the primary point of contact for customers experiencing issues with window, door, bath, shower or cabinet projects. You will coordinate service requests, create detailed tickets, and ensure timely resolution while supporting field teams.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from customers to diagnose service issues on replacement windows, doors, bath remodels, shower remodels, and cabinet refacing projects.
• Create detailed service tickets and parts lists, and order required parts.
• Track parts, generate reports, and schedule service appointments.
• Communicate with Field Managers and Service Technicians to follow up on field issues.
• Keep employees informed about product updates and issue resolutions.

Required profile

• Previous experience in remodeling, construction, or carpentry.
• Proven ability to work directly with customers to solve problems.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic computer proficiency.
