About the role

As a Relationship Banker at Santander, you will act as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them achieve their financial goals through personalized banking, lending, and investment solutions. You will work directly with clients in the Westford branch, delivering high‑quality service and fostering long‑term relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Provide tailored banking, lending, and investment recommendations based on each client’s needs.
• Proactively identify cross‑selling opportunities and promote Santander’s product portfolio.
• Engage customers through in‑person, phone, and digital channels, educating them on self‑service tools.
• Maintain accurate records, ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies, and manage risk and fraud prevention.
• Collaborate with branch teammates to meet sales targets and support overall branch performance.
• Assist nearby branch locations when business needs require.
