The Relationship Banker acts as a trusted advisor for customers, building long‑lasting relationships by understanding their financial needs and goals. The role focuses on delivering tailored banking, lending, and investment solutions while providing exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized banking, lending and investment advice to customers.
• Cross‑sell banking products and services to meet sales targets.
• Prospect new clients through networking, referrals, lead calling and community engagement.
• Resolve customer issues and educate them on digital banking tools.
• Collaborate with branch team to achieve overall sales and performance goals.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk‑fraud policies.
• Support nearby branch locations when needed.

Required profile

• Ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong relationship‑building and customer‑service orientation.
• Knowledge of banking, lending and investment products.
• Understanding of compliance and risk‑management standards.
• Effective communication in person, by phone or digital channels.
