About the role

Santander is seeking a Relationship Banker to join its Waltham branch. In this role you will act as a trusted advisor, building long‑term relationships with customers and helping them meet their financial goals.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales targets by promoting and cross‑selling banking, lending and investment products.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand and address their financial needs.
• Prospect for new customers through networking, referrals, lead calls and community engagement.
• Deliver an elevated, personalized customer experience across in‑person, phone and digital channels.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools and self‑service options.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk‑management policies.
• Collaborate with branch teammates and partners to meet overall branch goals.
• Provide support to nearby branch locations when required.
