Relationship Banker – Union Deposit

About the role

As a Relationship Banker you serve as a trusted advisor to customers, focusing on building strong, long‑lasting relationships by understanding their financial needs and goals. You will provide tailored banking, lending and investment solutions while delivering exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales targets by cross‑selling banking, lending and investment products.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand and meet their financial needs.
• Prospect new clients through networking, referrals, lead calling and community engagement.
• Deliver an elevated, personalized customer experience across in‑person, phone and digital channels.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk policies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of sales experience in an incentive‑based environment or 12+ months in retail banking sales with proven results.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships, provide excellent customer service and meet branch sales goals.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using digital banking tools and technology platforms.
