About the role

The Relationship Banker acts as a trusted advisor for customers, building long‑lasting relationships by understanding their financial goals and providing tailored banking, lending, and investment solutions. You will deliver exceptional service, promote digital banking tools, and help drive the branch’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales targets by actively promoting and cross‑selling a range of banking products and services.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand financial needs and deliver customized solutions.
• Prospect for new clients through networking, referrals, lead calling, portfolio management, and community engagement.
• Meet customers’ transactional, servicing, and product needs while ensuring a seamless, personalized experience.
• Foster loyalty by addressing concerns promptly and providing timely resolutions.
• Engage customers via digital platforms, educating them on self‑service options.
• Communicate clearly in person, over the phone, or through digital channels.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal risk‑management policies.
• Collaborate with team members and partners to achieve branch goals and overall performance.
• Support nearby branch locations as business needs dictate.
