About the role

The Relationship Banker serves as a trusted advisor to customers in the Colonia branch, helping them achieve their financial goals through personalized banking, lending, and investment solutions. You will work closely with clients to build long‑lasting relationships while supporting the bank’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales targets by promoting and cross‑selling banking products and services.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Prospect new clients through networking, referrals, lead calling, and community engagement.
• Deliver an elevated, personalized customer experience across in‑person, phone, and digital channels.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools and self‑service options.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk‑management policies.
• Collaborate with team members to meet branch sales goals and overall performance targets.
• Provide support to nearby branch locations as needed.
