About the role

As a Relationship Banker at Santander’s flagship Manhattan branch, you will act as a trusted advisor, building long‑lasting relationships with customers and helping them achieve their financial goals. You will deliver tailored banking, lending and investment solutions while providing exceptional service both in‑person and through digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales targets by cross‑selling banking products and services.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand and meet their financial needs.
• Prospect new clients through networking, referrals, lead calling and community engagement.
• Provide comprehensive transactional, servicing and product support.
• Deliver an elevated, personalized customer experience across all touchpoints.
• Engage customers on digital platforms and educate them on self‑service options.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk‑management policies.
• Collaborate with team members and partners to meet branch goals and overall performance.
