About the role

As a Relationship Banker you will act as a trusted advisor for customers in the Muhlenberg, PA branch of Santander. You will help clients achieve their financial goals by offering personalized banking, lending and investment solutions while delivering a high‑quality service experience.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Identify cross‑selling opportunities and promote a range of banking, lending and investment products.
• Prospect new clients through networking, referrals, lead calling and community engagement.
• Provide guidance on digital banking tools and encourage self‑service adoption.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and ensure a seamless, personalized experience.
• Meet or exceed branch sales targets and contribute to overall branch performance.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk policies.
