Registered Nurse – Workplace Violence Prevention

About the role

The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences is seeking a Registered Nurse to join its Workplace Violence Prevention team. This position supports the safety and well‑being of staff, patients, and visitors by contributing to the institution’s violence prevention initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of workplace violence prevention strategies.
• Participate in incident response and reporting processes.
• Provide education and training to clinical and non‑clinical personnel on safety protocols.
• Collaborate with the ISS department and other campus partners to promote a safe environment.

Required profile

• Current RN licensure in good standing.
• Proof of legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment.
• Ability to work day‑shift hours on campus.
