Registered Nurse Weekend Supervisor

About the role

AVIR Health Group is looking for a Registered Nurse to lead weekend nursing operations. The RN Weekend Supervisor will ensure high‑quality resident care, maintain regulatory compliance, and provide leadership to the weekend nursing team.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all nursing activities during weekend shifts.
• Ensure resident care meets quality and safety standards.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and infection‑control requirements.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and support to nursing staff.
• Manage multiple priorities and respond to emergent situations independently.

Required profile

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Minimum two years of clinical experience, preferably in long‑term care.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of infection‑control protocols and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
