Registered Nurse – UCLA CARE Clinic

About the role

The UCLA CARE Clinic is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive, evidence‑based care to a high‑acuity infectious disease and HIV patient population in an ambulatory setting. The RN will work onsite in Los Angeles, supporting both clinical and operational functions.

Key responsibilities

• Perform thorough nursing assessments and document findings.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care.
• Deliver patient, family, and staff education on clinical issues.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary care and ensure smooth clinic operations.
• Participate in quality‑improvement initiatives and data collection.

Required profile

• BSN or MSN degree.
• Active California RN license.
• Minimum six months of RN experience.
• Ability to conduct physical assessments and develop care plans.
• Strong delegation and teamwork skills.
