Registered Nurse – Skilled Nursing Facility

About the role

Edenbrook Rochester West is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join its senior‑care team. You will provide direct and indirect patient care, support daily living activities, and help maintain the dignity and well‑being of residents in a family‑like environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deliver, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process of assessment, planning, prevention, and evaluation.
• Supervise and direct the daily activities of nursing assistants.
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by physicians.
• Communicate changes in clinical condition to physicians, supervisors, and families.
• Complete required documentation for admissions, discharges, transfers, and ongoing care per facility policy.

Required profile

• Current RN license in the United States.
• Customer‑service orientation and strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work professionally with residents, families, and staff.
• Preference for experience in long‑term care or willingness to learn.
