Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor

About the role

AVIR Health Group is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) to lead weekend nursing operations. You will ensure high‑quality resident care, maintain regulatory compliance, and support a dedicated team in a long‑term care setting.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all nursing activities during weekend shifts.
• Ensure resident care meets quality and safety standards.
• Maintain compliance with infection‑control protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and support to nursing staff.
• Manage multiple priorities and respond to emergent situations.

Required profile

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in long‑term care.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Knowledge of infection‑control and regulatory compliance.
