Registered Nurse (RN) – Primary Care

About the role

Coös County Family Health Services is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join its primary care team. The RN will provide direct patient care, support clinical operations, and contribute to community health initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care and clinical support to patients of all ages.
• Assist with triage, patient education, care coordination, and follow‑up.
• Administer immunizations and medications according to clinical protocols.
• Collect laboratory specimens, perform point‑of‑care testing, and document care in the electronic health record.
• Support chronic disease management, preventative care, and quality‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Current RN license in New Hampshire or ability to obtain one.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Commitment to compassionate, respectful, and inclusive care.
• Experience in primary care, outpatient, or community health is preferred but not required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Ability to administer immunizations and medications safely.
• Competence in point‑of‑care testing and specimen collection.
