About the role

Join the nursing team at Southwest Healthcare Inland Valley Hospital in Wildomar, CA, as a full‑time Registered Nurse on the Progressive Care Unit (PCU). You will work day shifts providing comprehensive, patient‑centered care in a fast‑paced, trauma‑center environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality nursing care to patients throughout the continuum of care on the PCU.
• Assess, monitor, and treat patients, including pain management, invasive line care, and surgical drain management.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory, professional, legal, and hospital policies.
• Model the hospital’s core values and mission in daily interactions.

Required profile

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in California.
• Commitment to patient safety and high‑quality care.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast‑moving environment.
