Registered Nurse – Patient Care & Team Supervision

About the role

Accolade Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high‑quality patient care and support a compassionate environment. You will work closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams, providing both physical and emotional support to patients and their families while supervising assigned staff.

Key responsibilities

• Assess patient needs, establish rapport, and develop individualized care plans.
• Provide emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients and families.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, medications, and self‑care techniques.
• Monitor health outcomes, adjust care plans, and ensure adherence to therapeutic standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve patient issues.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and follow infection‑control, medication, and controlled‑substance policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN).
• Active RN license in good standing with the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation.
• Strong clinical judgment, bedside manner, and ability to multitask.
