Registered Nurse – Myeloma Clinical Admin Operations

About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Myeloma Clinical Admin Operations team on the Upper East Side. The role supports physicians in delivering high‑quality patient care, managing electronic medical records, and coordinating multidisciplinary services.

Key responsibilities

• Assess patients, develop nursing care plans, and assist providers during examinations, tests, and treatments.
• Coordinate diagnostic testing and multidisciplinary health‑care services as ordered by physicians.
• Perform inpatient diagnostic, therapeutic, and interventional procedures alongside physicians.
• Triage patient inquiries, communicate test results, and ensure infection‑control compliance.
• Administer injections and medications in accordance with state law and clinic guidelines.
• Document medical information in the EMR and support pre‑certification and pre‑authorization processes.
• Participate in safety programs, staff orientation, and policy review.
• Assist with clinical study eligibility, protocol documentation, and IRB submissions when applicable.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of registered nursing experience; extensive experience may substitute for BSN.
• Current NY State RN license.
• BLS certification (American Heart Association) and Infection Control certificate.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) competency.
• Infection‑control knowledge and practices.
