Registered Nurse – Infusion Clinic (Full-Time)

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Registered Nurse to join the Infusion Clinic at St. Martin Cancer Center. The RN will provide direct patient care, coordinate treatments, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure safe and effective infusion therapy.

Key responsibilities

• Apply the nursing process to deliver high‑quality patient care in the infusion setting.
• Assess patient learning needs and deliver education to patients, families, and caregivers.
• Delegate, supervise, and collaborate with licensed and ancillary team members.
• Utilize clinical data to evaluate outcomes and drive improvements.
• Maintain cultural sensitivity and uphold professional standards and nursing regulations.
• Participate in unit and departmental initiatives aimed at achieving strategic goals.

Required profile

• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• RN diploma required; Associate’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• No prior work experience required.
• Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, and judgment skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with computers, software, and web‑based applications.
