Registered Nurse – ICU/Trauma Progressive Care (F4)

About the role

The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join its ICU/Trauma Progressive Care unit at the F4 level. This full‑time position provides direct patient care in a high‑acuity environment, supporting the health of Arkansans through collaborative, evidence‑based practice.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in the ICU/Trauma Progressive Care unit.
• Monitor patient status, administer medications, and respond to emergent situations.
• Document care accurately and communicate effectively with the multidisciplinary team.
• Participate in patient and family education regarding treatment plans and recovery.

Required profile

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
• Eligibility to work in the United States on the first day of employment.
