About the role
BAYADA Hospice is seeking a compassionate Full‑Time Registered Nurse to provide hospice and palliative care to clients in Chester County, Pennsylvania. The RN will join a multidisciplinary team and make home visits to support patients who wish to remain at home.
Key responsibilities
- Make scheduled home visits within assigned geographic territories.
- Administer medications, perform wound care, treatments, and comfort procedures.
- Monitor client conditions, report changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager, and document physician orders.
- Conduct client assessments as needed and be available for occasional on‑call duties after hours or weekends.
Required profile
- Current Registered Nurse license in Pennsylvania.
- At least one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
- Ability to travel to client locations as assigned.
Required skills
- Solid computer skills.
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
