About the role
Provide 1‑to‑1 pediatric home‑health nursing care across the DFW region, working steady full‑time hours in patients' homes.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver skilled nursing care in patient homes.
- Follow established care plans and clinical protocols.
- Monitor vitals, medications, and home equipment.
- Document visits using the KanTime EMR system.
- Coordinate with families and the clinical team.
- Support safe care transitions and build trust with patients and caregivers.
Required profile
- Active Texas RN license.
- At least 1 year of nursing experience.
- Availability for 36–40 hours per week.
- Ability to travel within the assigned counties.
- Comfortable providing pediatric home‑health care.
- Comfortable working in home settings.
Required skills
- KanTime EMR or EVV experience.
- Prior home‑health nursing experience.
- Bilingual Spanish.
