About the role

West Valley Family Health is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join its Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic. You will provide direct patient care, support clinical teams, and contribute to the organization’s mission of holistic, community‑focused health services.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct patient intake, obtain vital signs, and complete health histories.
• Perform baseline physical assessments and document findings in the EPIC EMR system.
• Provide phone triage to determine patient needs and appropriate follow‑up.
• Assist providers with diagnostic procedures, treatments, and IV starts as ordered.
• Educate patients on procedures, medication usage, potential side effects, and post‑care instructions.

Required profile

• Current RN licensure in Washington State.
• Ability to work a full‑time schedule (40 hours/week) on‑site.
• Strong communication skills and a patient‑centered approach.
• Willingness to engage in community health initiatives.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the EPIC electronic medical record system.

• Hourly wage $39.69‑$48.62 DOE, with potential for higher rates for experienced candidates.
