About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a full‑time basis at our Main OR location in Spanish Plaines. Working under the direction of the Director, Manager, or Charge Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high‑quality patient care.

Key responsibilities

Utilize the nursing process to conduct comprehensive patient assessments and formulate nursing diagnoses.
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans based on assessed needs.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions and care outcomes.

Required profile

Associate’s Degree in Nursing.
Current Florida Registered Nurse license.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.
Preferred: Minimum of 1 year experience in medical‑surgical or critical‑care settings.
