Registered Nurse – Full-Time AM Shift

About the role

Lincoln Meadows Care Center is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our skilled nursing team on the AM shift. This full‑time position offers the chance to provide high‑quality, resident‑focused care in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care in line with physician orders and individualized care plans.
• Assess, monitor, and document residents' health status accurately.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and according to protocol.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and facility policies.

Required profile

• Current California RN license in good standing.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident‑focused attitude.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long‑term care preferred but not mandatory.
