Registered Behavior Health Technician (RBT)

About the role

Join NeurAbilities Healthcare as a full‑time Registered Behavior Health Technician (RBT) in the Harrisburg, PA area. You will work one‑to‑one with children and families, delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in clinic, home, or school settings.

Key responsibilities

• Implement ABA interventions under the supervision of a Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Assist clients in developing communication, social, and independent living skills.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and treatment teams to ensure effective support.
• Follow individualized treatment plans and educate others about ABA techniques.
• Collect and maintain data, manage client program materials, and build therapeutic relationships.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities.
• Strong communication skills and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation for travel to multiple service locations.
• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.

Required skills
