Regional Support Supervisor

About the role

The Regional Support Supervisor provides critical administrative, operational and customer‑service support to branch offices, leaders and agents within a designated pod. This role acts as the first point of escalation, manages workflow across offices, and coaches Regional Support Specialists to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of escalation for questions and issues across the pod of offices.
• Manage workflow, employee absences and ensure coverage in all offices.
• Coach and develop Regional Support Specialists, leading huddles and providing performance feedback.
• Act as liaison between agents, branch managers and internal departments, handling transactions, documentation and compliance.
• Oversee office organization, supplies, mail distribution and ensure technology and facilities are functional.
• Provide white‑glove service to agents and clients, support onboarding and promote a friendly, inclusive culture.
• Process agent transactions, commission payments, scan checks and maintain database updates in MLS, Transaction Manager, Trident and OnBase.

Required profile

• Demonstrated ability to lead a support team and manage daily operations.
• Strong communication and liaison skills with branch managers, agents and internal partners.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to compliance requirements.
• Customer‑service mindset with a focus on delivering high‑quality support.

Required skills

• Experience with MLS database entry and updates.
• Proficiency in Transaction Manager system.
• Familiarity with Trident platform.
• Knowledge of OnBase document management.
