About the role

Join the Coldwell Banker team as a Regional Support Specialist (RSS) and become the heartbeat of our St. Pete Beach office. You will work closely with agents, branch leaders, and the regional support team to keep operations running smoothly and help drive strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide white‑glove service to agents and clients visiting the office, promoting internal support services.
• Assist agents with technology, process, and operational questions.
• Manage office social‑media accounts and deliver on‑demand basic marketing support.
• Foster an inclusive office culture that reinforces the agent value proposition.
• Coordinate with Agent Services teams to address transaction‑related inquiries.
• Facilitate agent onboarding, including training on MoxiWorks, Prospect Square, Listing Concierge, and partner tools.
• Support the Branch Manager with promotional items, sales meetings, new‑agent orientations, and social‑media marketing.
• Assist with agent recognition, awards reporting, and recruitment activities.
