Regional Support Specialist – Real Estate Office

About the role

Join the Coldwell Banker team as a Regional Support Specialist, the central hub that keeps the office running smoothly. Based in Flower Mound, you’ll work closely with agents, branch leaders, and the regional support team to provide operational, technical, and marketing assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver white‑glove service to agents and clients visiting the office, highlighting available support services.
• Assist agents with technology, process, and operational questions.
• Provide basic social media and marketing support, managing office social media accounts on demand.
• Promote an inclusive office culture and reinforce the agent value proposition.
• Coordinate with other Agent Services teams to address transaction‑related inquiries.
• Facilitate agent onboarding, including office orientation and training on tools such as MoxiWorks, Prospect Square, and Listing Concierge.
• Support the Branch Manager with promotional items, sales meeting preparation, new‑agent orientations, and social‑media marketing.
• Assist with recognition programs, awards reporting, and recruitment activities.
