About the role

Join the Coldwell Banker team as a Regional Support Specialist, providing essential support to agents, branch leaders, and marketing initiatives. Based in our Half Moon Bay office, you will ensure smooth operations and foster a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver white‑glove service to agents and clients visiting the office.
• Assist agents with technology, process, and operational questions.
• Provide on‑demand social media and basic marketing support.
• Promote an inclusive office culture and reinforce the agent value proposition.
• Coordinate with Agent Services teams on transaction‑related issues.
• Facilitate agent onboarding, including training on MoxiWorks, Prospect Square, Listing Concierge, and partner introductions.
• Support branch leaders by organizing events, managing promotional items, and preparing sales meetings.
• Assist with agent recognition, recruitment, and intake processes.
