Regional Support Specialist (Andover, MA)

About the role

We are seeking a Regional Support Specialist to join our Coldwell Banker team in Andover, MA. The RSS will act as the central hub for agents, branch leaders, and marketing initiatives, ensuring smooth daily operations and strategic support across the office.

Key responsibilities

• Provide white‑glove service to agents and clients visiting the office.
• Assist agents with technology, process, and operational questions.
• Manage office social media accounts and deliver on‑demand marketing support.
• Promote an inclusive culture and coordinate branch events and CB Cares initiatives.
• Support the Branch Manager with promotional items, sales meetings, new‑agent orientations, and recognition programs.
• Collaborate with onboarding and other Agent Services teams to facilitate agent onboarding and training on company tools.
