Regional Sales Manager – Virginia

About the role

The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) for Virginia will lead a team of Account Executives to drive growth of CooperVision’s contact lens portfolio. Reporting to commercial leadership, the RSM translates strategy into actionable regional plans and ensures consistent execution across the territory.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed regional sales, market share, and margin targets.
• Coach, develop, and lead Account Executives through regular field visits and structured performance reviews.
• Recruit, onboard, and retain high‑performing sales talent.
• Develop and implement regional business plans aligned with corporate priorities.
• Analyze territory performance, identify growth opportunities, and mitigate risks.
• Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading sales teams in a B2B environment.
• Strong track record of meeting or surpassing sales and margin goals.
• Excellent analytical and business‑acumen skills.
• Ability to travel within the assigned region and maintain close proximity to territories.
• Authorized to work permanently in the United States without sponsorship.
