Regional Sales Manager (PHX, DEN, SLC, LAS)

About the role

As a Regional Sales Manager for Bosch Home Comfort, you will drive new residential HVAC sales across the Phoenix, Denver, Salt Lake City, and Las Vegas markets. You will work through plumbing and HVAC wholesale distributors, manage manufacturer‑rep agencies, and expand the Bosch portfolio’s share of wallet while developing new business partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with wholesalers, contractors, architects, and engineers in the assigned territory.
• Conduct sales calls in a wholesale distribution environment, representing the Bosch product line to distributors and assisting them in presenting to end‑users.
• Manage manufacturer‑rep agencies, ensuring alignment with sales targets and market strategy.
• Understand and apply Bosch’s wholesale pricing fundamentals and marketing programs.
• Provide training and education on Bosch HVAC products to builders, contractors, architects, and engineers.
• Plan and participate in trade shows and regional marketing initiatives.
• Travel up to 80% of the time, with a home‑office base for the remaining 20%.

Required profile

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• 5+ years of proven B2B sales experience selling technology‑based products, preferably in HVAC.
• 5+ years of experience calling on contractors with strong industry knowledge.
• Demonstrated ability to grow an account base and achieve year‑over‑year sales growth.
• Track record of generating and closing sales leads.
• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
